Water System Maintenance
As
recognised leaders in the field of high purity pharmaceutical
water systems, Honeyman Group Ltd have the capability and skills to
offer a service of which to maintain/upgrade your site water system, to
produce a more efficient and regulatory compliant water system.
It is an expectation for
all manufacturers within the pharmaceutical industry to ensure purified
water systems are maintained to relevant pharmacopeial (USP or EP/PhEur)
standards, as laid down in the User Requirement Specification (URS) and
as stated in the ISPE Baseline Pharmaceutical Engineering Guide®.
Each individual water system should have a scheduled maintenance plan
carried out at periods stipulated in the plan i.e. Weekly, Monthly,
Yearly.
With our knowledge, gained
over numerous years and expertise in pharmaceutical water systems, with
industry-experienced personnel, we can take full responsibility for the
maintenance of your pharmaceutical water system. Honeyman can, in an
efficient and effective manner, identify potential financial and
operational flaws in the system allowing for rectification before any
breakdowns arise.
Our services include:

A full
system
health check to identify any deficiencies or
future flaws before non-compliance is reached. Our principal
consultants will review your pure water system and provide an
overview and report on performance, compliance and management
issues, benchmarked against current industry best practice and cGMP.

Reviewing, producing or updating a maintenance schedule plan.
Honeyman will review your water system's maintenance schedule plan
and advise on actions that are needed to ensure your system
maintains "good health".

Carrying out routine maintenance as defined in the
maintenance schedule plan. Our support team will carry out routine
maintenance of your system. As part of this maintenance Honeyman
will check all parts and material for wear and tear and replace
where applicable.

Problem
diagnosis - If your water system develops any problems, Honeyman
will advise on the best possible solution for your business,
utilising our extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical water systems.

System upgrades to pharmaceutical industry standards.
Honeyman group can upgrade your water system to give you the best
operational use and control of your system.

Full validation
of any upgrades. All water system
upgrades will include full validation documentation carried out by
the Honeyman Team.

Water Committee Representative. Honeyman can offer a
pharmaceutical water [systems] specialist to be present on your
water committee to advise on strategic maintenance for your water
system.
Our support team are fully trained personnel from a wide range of
engineering backgrounds with a vast knowledge of pharmaceutical water
systems. All work carried out by the Honeyman Team will be done with
minimum disruption to manufacturing processes at all times.
